We are searching for a vibrant, self-motivated leader with a vision for achieving growth and the strategy thinking required to guide a team to deliver excellent work. He/She will collaborate closely with the Agency’s strategic planning function and will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of advertising strategies, identification and application of key consumer insights, nurturing and inspiring the creative work, and bottom-line responsibility for the entire account operations and output for the client. He/She will provide strong leadership both internally and externally.
Leads account team to ensure day-to-day and long-term business interests are met.
Oversees quality control of all materials produced by the agency for his/her account.
Leads strategic thinking for account and creative team.
Oversees completion of all agency projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Works closely with senior management on all aspects of internal account duties.
Contributes to thought leadership of the agency, particularly for client business.
Helps with new business pitches, when needed, and is responsible for organic growth.
Plans and manages the professional development of direct reports.
Establishes standards of performance and best practices for direct reports.
Keeps abreast of current marketing trends within assigned client industry.
Stays on top of industry trends, particularly as it relates to client business.

minimum of 10-year experience in Account Management at an advertising agency,
with at least 4-5 years in senior positions
Experience in developing strategies and proposals based on client objective/strategies.
Ability to lead the development of comprehensive business plans and client proposals, utilizing data and research to serve as substantiation for agency recommendations.
Knowledge of the marketing and creative process a requirement.
Experience in analyzing research and data to support strategy development
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree a plus)
